Terms and Conditions for Sign Rentals

  1. Rental Term:
    Signs are rented for a period of 6 months. If a sign remains installed beyond the 6-month term, a recharge of 50% of the original rental fee will be applied.

  2. Damaged, Lost, or Broken Signs:
    Customers will be held responsible for any broken, damaged, or lost signs, as well as any missing or damaged steel pins. Replacement costs will be charged to the customer.

  3. Sign Movement:
    Signs are not permitted to be moved once installed. If a sign is moved without prior authorization, a fee of $50 will be charged.

  4. Incorrect Addresses:
    If a second trip is required due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a $20 service fee will be applied.

  5. Invoicing and Payments:
    Invoices will be issued monthly, and payment will be withdrawn immediately upon invoicing.
